Bestemianova however was very frank to assert that T/D were "much better" (technically).
Bestemianova was known to have admired TandD during their competitive times (along with her coach, Tarasova?), even though they were in direct competition (very classy of her to be as complimentary about her direct competition as she is/was).

A variation on the basic spread eagle posture, a Besti squat may be performed on the flat of the blade or either edge.
