Any provider would be well within his/her rights to refuse to perform a procedure on someone who states their beliefs that abortion is wrong/murder or they are "pro-life" but are different than others seeking an abortion.
Abortion rights are currently under heavy assault from anti-choice forces, so it's important to take a moment and realize that when you hear or read someone arguing that women shouldn't have this choice, don't forget that many of them make the exception for themselves.
Except the in an emergent situation, the provider could just say that (s)he is concerned that someone with those beliefs/assertions seems to be at extremely high risk for significant regret/depression and that the provider is not comfortable performing an elective procedure on someone who doesn't feel comfortable or confident with their decision to abort.
