The Commission The National Capital District Interim Commission was established with all those responsibilities of the former Port Moresby City Council together with those powers provided for under the 1982 Act with jurisdiction for the whole of the National Capital District except those areas over which the Motu Koitabu Interim Assembly had responsibility.
