		Negroid is an anthropological term describing the racial classification of humans indigenous to sub-Saharan Africa.
		The terms are considered by advocates to be devoid of the negative associations of Negroid and, like mongoloid and caucasoid, connect the populations they describe to biogeographic ancestry.
		The facio-cranial characteristics of the classic Negroid phenotype include rounded eye sockets, a rounded nasal cavity, maxillary and/or alveolar prognathism and, often, a dolichocephalic skull.

		Tutsi are descended from Ethiopia and are of Ethiopid race thus not pure negroid but rather a Hamidic/Negroid (with possible Semitic impact) mix as Ethiopians and their racial cousins Somalis are.
		Tutsi are Ethipian by race origin and Ethipian are not pure but rather pretty mixed Negroids and as such can not be equaled to Negroids since anthropology doesnt have to be politically correct and here one drap rule doesnt hold ANY water.
		Either you are pure or mainly pure and you belong to a certain type (Bantu Congoids or Negroids) or you are mixed and you belong to a new type (Ethiopian).

		We both believe (if I’m interpreting you correctly), that the construct of race is invalid in terms of the underlying genetic lineages, and moreover the traditional labels used “box” the phenotypic variation that actually exists in a misleading way.
		The term “negroid” is especially misleading in the context of the full range of phenotypes that exist in Africa.
		I believe that terms such as negro, negroid, caucasoid, caucasian, etc. are scientifically invalid descriptive terms as it relates to human variability.
