		This is a major update from the previous release on OS X. Note that game saves have been revamped and are thus not compatible with older versions, however they are much more robust now.
		After trying this out for a bit, it's still not as good as Nestopia, but it is faster.
		Nestopia is supposed to have the more accurate emulation, but to me, the RockNES color pallette seems to be the correct one.

		There must something that both Nestopia and SNES9x do that causes them to slow down.
		In the meanwhile, I might as well looks for an alternative NES emulator as it looks like this problem won't be fixed for a long time.
		One thing that I've noticed with Nestopia is that it'll be at full speed when I load up a game, but then it'll gradually slow down to a snail's pace.

		Opening a Nestopia ROM in RockNES works both by dropping the ROM onto RockNES and by using "open with".
		My problem is at the Mac OS level dealing with the linkage between the Nestopia application and NeSr type code.
		The reason I have generic icons is probably because the Nestopia files are connected to Nestopia only by the creator code, and not the type code.

	MacUpdate: RockNES Reviews
		I noticed that the latest version of RockNES has a neat audio feature that splits the music and sound effects instead having the same audio going to the left and right speakers.
		NEStopia seems nice, but the Mac port is, hopefully, still being worked on: an 800 MHz Mac should not be required to smoothly emulate an 8-bit machine.
		The native NEStopia works fine on a 400 MHz x86 CPU, leading me to believe the porting is what resulted in the slowness, as even 350 MHz G3 CPU is far more powerful than a 400 MHz x86 CPU.
