No person shall be a member of the General Assembly who shall not have attained the age of twenty-one years and have been a citizen and resident of the State for two years, and of the district for which he shall be elected one year, next before his election.
He shall be the Commander-in-Chief of all the military and naval forces of the State.
The State shall annually reimburse each taxing district in an amount equal to one-half of the tax loss to the district resulting from the allowance of tax deductions pursuant to this paragraph.

 1953 New Jersey state highway renumbering - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
On January 1, 1953, the New Jersey Department of Transportation renumbered many of the State Routes.
A State Route that ended at a state border was renumbered to match the number assigned by the adjacent state.
New numbers assigned semi-arbitrarily included 15 and 20 (13-20 were not assigned in the 1927 renumbering), the sequence from 57 to 93, and 152 to 165 for minor routes (continuing from pre-renumbering 151).

States have moved rapidly to address a variety of issues that were highlighted by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 related to driver's license issuance, administration and enforcement, and verifiability.
In New Jersey, rings of DMV employees selling licenses for thousands of dollars a piece were uncovered by law enforcement during a two-year investigation according to "The Star-Ledger." Additionally, at least one state's motor vehicle administrator has stated publicly that her state does not input all relevant driving citations into the appropriate database.
New licenses issued shall indicate whether the licensee is a U.S. citizen and the date of the end of their legal authorization in the United States.

Route 162 is a 0.70-mile (1.13 km) state highway in Lower Township, New Jersey, United States.
Route S4C was designated by the New Jersey Legislature in 1929 as a spur of Route 4 (now U.S. Route 9), beginning at Bennett and running south on Seashore Road and Broadway, past Sunset Boulevard to the Delaware Bay.
However, when the United States Army Corps of Engineers built the Cape May Canal during World War II, Seashore Road was chosen as one of two roads to cross the canal.

The highway authority was in the process of widening the road, which first required stabilizing the soil embankments which run alongside the highway.

A new draft report, titled, “State of the Commonwealth, Is Pennsylvania Moving Towards a Sustainable Future?” was released March 11 by the Sustainable Pennsylvania Program of the Pennsylvania Consortium for Interdisciplinary Environmental Policy (PCIEP), a partnership comprised of 47 Pennsylvania colleges and universities and the Pennsylvania Departments of Environmental Protection and Conservation and Natural Resources.
New tools have been developed that allow policy makers to assess existing stresses to environmental quality in Pennsylvania, how these stresses are already affecting the environment and predict future risks based upon current trends.
Jersey Shore is one of only a handful of water systems to complete this phase of the Partnership in Pennsylvania.

Latham was participating in a raid at a suspected arms market in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, on May 19 when he was hit with shrapnel.
Latham was evacuated back to the United States where he died of his wounds at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in Washington, D.C. He was assigned to Troop E, 2nd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson, Colorado.
He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 71st Cavalry, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division of Fort Drum, New York.
