Topic: New Jersey State Highway 413

  New Jersey Expressways and Tollways
In New Jersey, the route of I-95 splits in two places, resulting in the existance of an "Eastern Route" and a "Western Route".
However, the New Jersey Turnpike signs the Western Spur as I-95's thru routing, while the Eastern Spur is signed as going to I-80, US 46, and the Lincoln Tunnel.
The New Jersey Turnpike mainline from Exit 7A to Exit 15, the New Jersey Turnpke Northern Extension, and the Bergen-Passaic Expressway connect continuously with both split routes.

These new policing styles also realize that the officer on the beat or in the squad car, delivering direct police services to the people, is often in the best position to recognize problems and must be given reasonable latitude to develop innovative and nontraditional solutions to these problems, in concert with the community.
The IACP Highway Safety Advisory Committee is concerned that, in adopting these new policing strategies, communities do not overlook the number one public safety problem today, in terms of deaths and serious injuries and its impact on the quality of life: traffic crashes.

The new I-895 was to not only provide a new crossing of the Delaware River, but also serve as part of a northern bypass of the Philadelphia-Camden metropolitan area.
Considered a replacement for the existing river crossing between Burlington, New Jersey and Bristol, Pennsylvania, this high-level structure would, in combination with I-295, the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) and the Mid-County Expressway (I-476), complete an outer circumferential route for the heavily urbanized portion of the region.
Since the entire route was a Federally-funded Interstate highway project - the Federal government was to contribute 90 percent of the construction cost, while the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania were to contribute the remaining 10 percent - no tolls were to be charged on the route.
