		The I-95 / I-278 interchange (New Jersey Turnpike, EXIT 13) has four ghost ramps that were to be used for the eastern terminus of the NJ 81 Freeway.
		A new direct interchange - EXIT 13A (Newark Airport and Elizabeth Seaport) - was to be constructed for the freeway.

		CLEVELAND -- Paul Zukauskas, a Browns offensive lineman, was reportedly pulled over by the Ohio Highway Patrol Tuesday morning and later charged with driving under the influence, NewsChannel5 reported.
		Zukauskas, 25, was arrested after a field sobriety test and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and making an improper right turn.
		State Patrol Lt. Rick Zwayer said Zukauskas refused to take a breath test, which under state law will result in a one-year suspension of his license pending an appeal.
