		New Utopia is the name of a proposed city state to be built on the Misteriosa Banks, approximately 120 miles west of Grand Cayman in the Carribean.
		New Utopia was investigated and shut down by the US Security Exchange Commission in 1998, for selling bonds not in accordance with SEC rules.
