		Knuckles the Echidna, Mighty the Armadillo, Espio the Chameleon, Vector the Crocodile and Charmy Bee were first brought together at the discovery of Carnival Island, where Doctor Eggman had just built his latest fortress called Newtrogic High Zone: a strange amusement park based on the island's power to amplify the Master Emerald.
		Some time after Robotnik abandoned his Special Zone operations, the Chaotix Crew were assembled (presumably by the Omni-Viewer) to act as guardians for the Zone and all the worlds within it.
		As a result, Sonic was left stranded in the Special Zone and had to stay with the Chaotix; the Chaotix, meanwhile, buried Omni-Viewer within the Black Asteroid to prevent Super Sonic ever escaping or anyone tring to release him for their own gain (battling Sidewinder's gang and Nack in the process).

		You ran through the zones with a partner; each of you holding a ring, and the rings were linked by an elastic band of sparkling energy.
		You had to use teamwork to get through each zone, and your characters were linked between an elastic band of energy between two rings.
		You have to travel through the 5 zones 5 times each, and each time you go through them, they get progressively harder until the 5th time you finally battle the boss for the stage.

		It was originally created as an enemy for Sonic the Hedgehog on Little Planet, but his speed was too much for his processor to handle, and he crashed into a wall in the Stardust Speedway.
		He then returned in Newtrogic High Zone to stop Knuckles and his friends, and had a second form in which he transformed into a large, red monstrous machine.
		He was about to say something else, when a sharp pain shot through his stomach and he was thrown into a wall, before falling onto the floor on his face.

		Originally, I was going to put the word Sonic on the back of his shirt, but I didn't have enough room so it kinda Disco Stued on me, so I left it out for now.
		This is a picture of the backdrop (or at least part of it, it's incomplete) that will be used in the city.
		The design I used for the city is partially based off Tokyo and Newtrogic High Zone.

		I was going to start High School, I wanted to kill time for the Summer and found out about Hollywood Video renting out DreamCasts BEFORE the system launch.
		It's just "Wow" we came a LONG way from running silently in the Green Hill Zone and here we're discussing the idea of mortality...in a world where extra lives came in monitors and capsules.
		Espio was good seeing he's one of few Sonic characters who can actually stay on a wall when on it.

		And then it dumps you into the credits with Sonic and Tails in the Tornado behind Knuckles and the Chaotix standing infront of the picture of Newtrogic High Zone that is seen in the first cinematic of the game.
		Talk about wasting the Song "Tribute." The bad ending lasts longer if I recall correctly.
