Cabinda - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Cabinda is a small territory, currently administered as an exclave of Angola, resulting from the fusion of three kingdoms: Ngoyo, Loango and Cacongo. With 7,283 km², it has a population of 300,000 inhabitants, of which about one third are refugees in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zaïre.
