	Relic Forums - Are Tau Pyschic?
		The etherals are not really tau, nobody knows what they are, but either way they do not register in the warp.
		In BFG the tau have added a new allied race to their empire much the way they added kroot that does have psykers, the Nicassar.
		There are at this time no plans I have heard of to bring the nicassar into 40k.

		After all, they are a young spacefaring race and need to get their butts kicked before they come up with effective counter-measures...
		As for the aestheics of the models, I like all of them except the Nicassar Dhows-- they look kinda klunky to me-- except that I'm not sure how to represent the different weaponry on the models themselves.
		I don't think that the Nicassar will likely ever rate a full Codex, but in something like BFG, I think they fit quite well.

		His one weakness is that he's slower than the average cavalryman, but he's cheaper than most monster-riders the allies can use and a very nice army centrepiece.

		Without navigators(and the Nicassar are not Navigators, but telepaths it'd seem) or some sort of Navigator-styled psyker(presumably the Kroot have the odd 'navigator-esque' thing, as do orks most likely) no-one is capable of making the transit from realspace to warpspace or back.
		Inquisitorial power is, and should be, a very scary thing if you actually think about it.
