In Nightmares, Buffy has a nightmare of being buried and crawling out of her grave, which actually happens to her in season six’s Bargaining.
Her stage fright was also explored in the episodes Restless (when she was in front of her class and everyone was laughing at her) and - to a lesser extent - in Once More, With Feeling when she was the only main character not to sing a great deal.

This is an episode that concentrates on underlining Buffy's responsibilities as the Slayer.
Buffy, unsurprisingly, fears that she'll do badly in her exams and that she'll become one of the creatures she most hates.
This episode demonstrates two of his greatest strengths as a writer: the ability to create interesting and memorable characters very economically (here, for example, there's the foppish Diego - formerly Marvin - and the fawning Chantarelle, whose wish to join "the lonely ones" is totally believable); and his seemingly effortless skill at creating snappy dialogue.

And I like the statement that she's a nemesis that Buffy can't "slay"...well, not legally, of course :) But if Cordelia is to be worthy enough for the credits in the beginning, then I DO think they need to do much more with her.
She seems to feel a personal antagonism towards Buffy (from the pilot, and because of Owen and Angel in Never Kill a Boy), and a general antagonism towards Xander and Willow simply because they impinge on her existence.
From the blurbs, one of those episodes involves Cordelia's friends being picked off one by one, perhaps by a girl she snubbed who developed some sort of psychic powers.

It was interesting to note how Buffy has a fear of being buried alive (well, who wouldn't?), as she's faced with that once again when she's brought back alive in season six.
Looking back now, it's still a solid episode and one where you can see Whedon trying to put more of his fingerprint on the show (it really ramps up in two eps with Prophecy Girl which is almost a mission statement on how the series will be from now on).
