		Input is accepted in any of the common romanization schemes (nihonshiki, kunreishiki or Hepburn) as well as some variants (e.g.

		This was followed in 1599 by new editions of he first part of the "Nihonshiki", "Kob un Kokyo" and "Shokugensho", a history of court officials.

		The other main ones are Kunreishiki, which is the "offical" Japanese romanisation system, and also Nihonshiki which was the old "offical" Japanese romanisation system.
		I personally use a mix of Hepburn and Nihonshiki, as you type Japanese by using the romanization, and between the two you can be 100% accurate.
		The kenseikai site uses Nihonshiki, probably because its the "easiest" and what is taught to Japanese students.

		Kunreishiki = romanization system published by the Japanese Ministry of Education in 1930; it adapted Nihonshiki to modern pronunciations but still adheres to kana orthography; although widely ignored it remains Japan's official system; it is never used in Western publications

		Oh yea..Probably not a big problem unless you're trying to translate or read romaji.
		Actually I believe the second one was given as "di" in an arachaic romanization system (Nihonshiki?) and that character is no longer used much if at all so it isn't really an issue.
		Never been a fan of Romaji...but I only speak from experience because it's all I can trust.

		Shinto has the Kojiki and Nihonshiki, I believe and the Talmud of Judaism, along with various Gnostic Gospels as well.
		Isn't there a "book of the dead" in buddhism (or maybe it was hinduism)?
