		In the company's plant in Niiza, Saitama Prefecture, where the incidents occurred, poor quality control was revealed, and an infestation of mice also was found in the plant.
		The Niiza plant is the largest of the company's five plants and regarded as a model factory.
		According to the company, inspections at the Niiza plant where the problem had occurred, one in Izumisano, Osaka Prefecture, and another in Sapporo were conducted Thursday.
