The iQue was first announced at the 2003 Tokyo Game Show, and it was released in mainland China on November 17, 2003.
iQue and Nintendo have no current release dates for the U.S. Games for this console are stored on a 64MB flash card which is contained within a cartridge that plugs directly into controller/console.
The iQue is based on the Nintendo 64, but its CPU runs at twice the clockspeed and uses System on a chip technology to reduce size.

If iQue is successful I am sure we will see the next console release from Nintendo being marketed in China, or even the GameCube seeing a release.
Although seeing the iQue over here would be nice, I think many would view it as a novelty item, much like the products we currently see in the same vein consisting of redone Atari classics.

The reason that the Nintendo products are called “iQue” in China is because Japan and China really, uh, aren’t in the best standing with each other.
If I’m not mistaken, there was a device released in China by Nintendo called the “iQue” that allowed people with it to download games onto flash cards at bookstores and the like.
I was speaking to my Chinese friend about Ique and he was saying that it’s really unpopular because people don’t want to play old games when they could just go and download new ones for free.

Nintendo isn't likely to add a turbo option to the Wavebird unless they started adding it to their standard controllers.
I believe that this was due to the fact that he is c_____ in SMA2: SMW and also due to the fact that he is always getting the shaft in his starring role games (ex.Mario is Missing) or in games he should be in (ex.Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario).
Please wait, Nintendo is remaking it somehow, remember Residint Evil got the royal treatment on the Gamecube.
