My Nixie Tube Mini-Tester Unlike to "normal" Nixies which have a pinout of 1 anode + 10 cathodes these have a pinout of 2 anodes + 5 dual-cathodes. On normal Nixies the single anode is tied to a sufficiently high voltage across a current limiting anode resistor and there is only one active cathode at one time (plus probably a decimal point).
