  Cyrillic alphabet - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The plan of the alphabet is derived from the early Cyrillic alphabet, itself a derivative of the Glagolitic alphabet, a ninth century uncial cursive usually credited to two brothers from Thessaloniki, Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius.
Cyrillic uppercase and lowercase letter-forms are not as differentiated as in Latin typography.
Historical letters: before 1918, there were four extra letters in use: Іі (replaced by Ии), Ѳѳ (Фита "Fita", replaced by Фф), Ѣѣ (Ять "Yat", replaced by Ее), and Ѵѵ (ижица "Izhitsa", replaced by Ии); these were eliminated by reforms of Russian orthography.

Attached is the letter of apology from NJ Transit.
NJ Transit is also identifying the conductor and monitoring his behavior, and has encouraged ADC and all its passengers to let them know if they become aware of any such conduct in the future

Here is a letter we sent upon request to Flora Edwards and Karen Dixon that we received from Assemblyman Green the co-sponsor of the bill last week, it clearly states the bill is because of concerns from the animal rights community.
Needless to say, NJ residents are far from letting up in their opposition to A2906.
I know that NJ residents are grateful to you for the website which so many are using as a reference.

The followiing letter, signed by almost 40 NJ environmental organizations calling for a Veto of S1368, was sent to NJ Governor McGreevey June 29, 2004.
This means that agencies such as the NJ DOT, one of the largest contracting entities in New Jersey, or the NY/NJ Port Authority, may apply for expedited DEP permit review for a wide variety of large-scale roadway, ports, airport and other projects.

Seven NJ community, environmental and transportation watchdog groups, including the Tri-State Transportation Campaign, wrote to Gov. Whitman last week to point out that NJ Transit is a national laggard in converting buses to non-diesel fuels that can reduce the threat particulate pollution poses to public health.
The letter noted that, while conversion requires resources, NJ will program $1 billion in 1997 for transportation improvements and few if any of these projects will help reduce air pollution.
Other signers of the letter included the Greater Newark Conservancy, American Lung Assn. of NJ and the NJ Environmental Lobby.
