NoelLangley (December 25, 1911 – November 4, 1980) was a motion picture screenwriter probably best known for being one of the screenwriters for The Wizard of Oz.
Born in Durban, South Africa, he was first a successful Broadway playwright, Langley began writing for films in the 1930s.
NoelLangley died in 1980 in Desert Hot Springs, California.

After World War Two he entered the British film industry, working on such memorable films as Trio, Scrooge (aka A Christmas Carol), Tom Brown's Schooldays, and Richard Thorpe's swashbucklers Ivanhoe and The Prisoner of Zenda.
Langley began directing his own scripts in 1952 with his Dickens adaptation The Pickwick Papers; he went on to helm the sex farce Our Girl Friday (aka The Adventures of Sadie), Svengali with Donald Wolfit, and the fact-based occult drama The Search for Bridey Murphy.

This book isn't so much Edgar Cayce on reincarnation as it is NoelLangley on reincarnation, with occasional refernces to Cayce.
The conviction with which Langley tries to "prove" that reincarnation is, in fact, a Christian view is kind of scary.
All of his examples of the plot to bury reincarantion in the bible seem to involve "evil women" of some sort or another; quite a turn off for me. I skipped over most of that.
