Nonduality - Rising Above Illusion and Identification
The philosophy of Nonduality, or as it is called in India, Advaita-Vedanta, says that there is just One Spirit in the Universe, and that everything, living or inanimate, is an inseparable and indivisible part of this One Spirit.
Nonduality further says that it is only illusion, caused by the mind and the play of the senses, which make us regard the world and everything in it, as real and separate from us.
It is possible to realize the meaning of nonduality and attain spiritual awakening and enlightenment in an ashram or a cave, and it is also equally possible to do so while living in a town or city with family and job.

Transpersonal Dimensions of Ecopsychology   (Site not responding. Last check: )
Ecopsychology is based on the recognition of a fundamental nonduality between humans and nature and on the insight that the failure to experience and act from this nonduality creates suffering for both humans and the environment.
The issue of nonduality is somewhat complicated by the fact that there are several qualitatively different nondual states and that in one of these nondual states perception does disappear into a complete and absolute cessation.
The descriptions of the dimensions of nondual Being are usually presented as a linear unfolding or development according to a "journey of ascent." This movement is the usual experience of the development of consciousness from the perspective of the individual.

Nondualism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nondualism may be viewed as the belief that dualism or dichotomy are illusory phenomena.
A nondual philosophical or religious perspective or theory maintains that there is no fundamental distinction between mind and matter, or that the entire phenomenological world is an illusion (with reality being described variously as the Void, the Is, Emptiness, the mind of God, Atman or Brahman).
While attitudes towards the experience of duality and self may vary, nondual traditions converge on the view that the ego, or sense of personal being, doer-ship and control, is ultimately said to be an illusion.

Jerry does this startlingly well: "Nonduality Is The Experience Of Your True nature." That is a great pointer, and as the natural seeing develops from that, it is ultimately seen to NOT be a "personal experience" at all (!), but rather the impersonal choiceless "experience of immortality" as one sage titled this Absolute Being-Aliveness.

 THE VIABILITY OF NONDUALITY
I will claim that in the state of nonduality a person is free from affective and existential dualities, while I will also claim that conceptual (or cognitive) duality is innocuous and quite compatible with nonduality in an affective and existential sense.
There are two contexts in which the role of thinking in nondual living is especially relevant:thinking as used in day-to-day dealings with the world, and thinking as used in meditation as part of the process of “deconstruction” or dissolution of affective and existential duality.
Strictly speaking, there are no means to achieve nonduality, for before thinking ever occurred we already were in a state of nonduality to begin with, and any means such as thinking, having to conceive nonduality as a goal, would only create further duality between the person and the goal.

Reality Sandwich | Polytheism and Nonduality
From the perspective of nonduality, polytheism and polymorphism become not theological propositions, if they were ever intended to be that way, but representations of the variety of experience, the plurality of modes in which the world presents itself to consciousness.
This is the great value of polytheism/polymorphism for the nondual path: to convince us that even the most sublime of theophanies is an interpretation as well as a revelation, that even the most refined of theological concepts are ultimately approximations.
With the deep ecumenism of the nondual view, it becomes clear that what animates so many of the religious conflicts of our time is less the religion itself than the mythic way in which it is understood.
