KORONADAL CITY-- Provincial officials here are proposing the declaration of the entire South Cotabato province under a state of calamity in a bid to clamp down on the swarm of pests that already ravaged 15,431 hectares of farm fields.
Haydee Lacdo-o, coordinator of the South Cotabato Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council (PDCC), said that they are finalizing the data needed to declare the province in a state of calamity.
