		Nordfriesland, the district is lying in the dirctly swift action of "der blanke Hans" = the blank Hans (This is the popular name of the North-Sea, because the waves looks like blank silver, when the west storm does hunt them against the coasts).
		But still the district is saved from the North-Sea by the wonderfull world of the Halligen in the Wattenmeer = mud flates (1.800 sqare kilometres, in the meantime a national park) and the mainland is also saved behind the big - up to 8 meters - dikes.
		The district Nordfriesland was built first - after some "labour pains" - in the year 1970 from the former districts Südtondern, Husum and Eidersted (Northtondern with the districttown Tondern was dividet after the referendum in 1920 and became a part of Denmark!).
