Norman Lamb pressed Life company representatives to explain, during Treasury Select Committee sessions, why the expiry date of the policyholder’s right to complain was excluded from red reprojection letters.
Norman Lamb is writing to Life companies to urge them to waive the deadlines for those estimated 700,000 people who have been timed out and therefore can no longer make a complaint for misselling.
