 Passenger Opinions about North American Airlines
The NAA employees were friendly and helpful, and apparently the bulkhead request had been registered with them as they had no problem securing seats 1B and C for us.
Basically we were left to seek out the single NAA employee in the Hawaiian islands — one agent in Honolulu — to get the seating resolved.
The Oakland agent did mention that NAA is going to remove 3 rows from each 757…if this happens the pitch in economy will be more reasonable.

Can't give you too much info on North American Airlines, but here's what I do know: They fly under the IATA code NA and have a small (by American standards) fleet of B767-300ER's, all of which are 2nd hand I think.
I thought North American was once a subsidary of El Al providing feeders from Miami and some other cities to El Al's flights out of JFK.
North American is no longer owned by/related to El Al but was recently taken over by World Airways.
