 | | Parents of all children enrolled in school must furnish the principal or school nurse with a written statement of the child's immunizations for diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, measles, mumps, hepatitis B, rubella, and polio no later than the child's first day of school in the school corporation, unless such a statement is already on file. |
 | | Possession of a handgun or firearm on school property, or on a school bus is a felony (as well as possession of a handgun within 1,000 feet of school property); a violation of this law will be reported to law enforcement officers, according to BCSC Polic y 10.0-11 and Public Law 140-1994. |
