At first glance, we notice the station is open to the elements on the north and south sides like Chuwei and Kuandu which precede it, recalling the now defunct commuter rail line that before cut its way through these areas in northern Taipei.
Whether or not this craft once flew the friendly skies we did not investigate, however, the concept does bring new meaning to "airplane food." Do not let the neon sign fool you, the waiter we saw through the window did have on a tie suggesting the 737 Air Restaurant is a rather upscale establishment.
