According to the report, it is feasible for NJ Transit to build a $77 million pipe arch tunnel near the intersection of the Northeast Corridor Line and the Jamesburg branch freight line in the Monmouth Junction section of the township.
The $400 million MOM rail project is seeking to use existing freight lines to bring commuters from Ocean and Monmouth counties north for connecting service to New York.
According to the report, the tunnel is needed to bring southbound trains on the Northeast corridor across the other three tracks of the line to the eastern Jamesburg branch for service east through Monmouth County and south to Ocean County.

When taking the north jersey coast line of NJ Transit, that was a creepy, ugly station and driving through it does not present a pretty picture.
You all have to remember, NORTH Jersey and SOUTH Jersey are totally different (and should be.
I have to add, South Jersey towns that are nice to live in, except of course for taxes, Point Pleasant, Brick township, Tom's River, Parts of Manchester, Part's of Howell, Mantoloking, Pine beach, Beachwood, Bayville, and Manahawkin(home of 105.7 classic rock) These area's are still very nice, schools are good, and overall safe area's.

The Asbury Park Boardwalk is located in Central New Jersey, 60 minutes south of New York City and convenient to mass transportation on the North Jersey Coast Line.
I wanted to let that person know, that the circle is part of Asbury Park's history....as were the other circles in New Jersey that were destroyed to make highway space for the thousands of (unwanted people in my opinion) flocking to live here each year.
