NAIT's fuel cell project encompasses the purchase of a 5 kW solid oxide fuel cell that will be used for research and educational purposes, and the creation of an interpretative centre to educate the public about fuel cell technology and environmental impacts.
WD is contributing $950,000 to NAIT towards the purchase of a 200 kW phosphoric acid fuel cell and a 5 kW solid oxide fuel cell.
NAIT fuel cell project also encompasses the creation of an interpretative centre to educate the public about fuel cell technology and environmental impacts.
