  Local Rules of the United States District Court
The Northern District of West Virginia is composed of thirty-two counties.
Upon approval of the Court and under its supervision, proceedings, other than judicial proceedings, designed and conducted as ceremonies, such as administering oaths of office to appointed officials of the Court, presentation of portraits, naturalization proceedings, and similar ceremonial occasions, may be photographed in or broadcast from the courtroom.
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia is the proper venue for cases in which the debtor's residence is in one of the thirty-two (32) counties as listed in LR Gen P 1.02(b) of these Rules.
