Unfortunately none of the major TV channels in Norway are currently showing any of the Star Trek series.
The only channel that actually even remotely expresses any interest in showing sci-fi movies or series is Tv2 and to a lesser degree TV Norge, and then only during the night.
In the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Maquis, part I" we hear that one of the members of the Maquis was born in Bergen, Norway.

I added some sheet styrene to the area where the "neck" normally mounts to the saucer to build it up a bit, then glued the upside-down pylon arrangement in place.
Upper right is the Odyssey Slipways Norway-class starship, a member of the "Class of '96" - the new designed starships we first see in "Star Trek: First Contact" during the battle w/the Borg.
The bottom of the above three is the Saber-class starship, also a member of the "Class of '96" and the first of the two Federation ships that Odyssey Slipways offers up.

 Starship Modeler - ASK Models' Norway-class Preview
There is no decal for the name of the ship to go on the front of the hull, which is the first starship I have seen that doesn't have such markings.
If the Norway is a MUST HAVE like it was for me, then order yours from ASK Models, but be prepared for a possible long delay in shipping, and quite a bit of clean up after you receive the kit.
I am looking forward to building my Norway - look for it in the Readers Gallery sometime in the future.
