		Three tubes extend out from the bottom of the nosecone, the two outer tubes slide into two of the outer airframe tubes for alignment and the center tube fits into the main tube on the airframe for stabilty and strength in flight.
		The upper airframe skin was slipped over the point of the nosecone to give a rough idea of where the cut would be.
		Next step for the nosecone is a hole to be cut through the center of the foam cone for the long center tube of the internal airframe.

		I printed a nosecone template using VCP, and drew the foam layers onto it, cut out some insulation foam, a square wooden core and drilled a hole for a 1/4" rod through the middle.
		Here is the first nosecone (3 layers 6oz cloth, West systems epoxy), atop the first section of 4" airframe with a 6" section of coupler tube that I had left over from my 4" fatboy.
		The airframe, (with the obvious exception of the nosecone attachment) with its light weight and unique construction, proved to be exceptionally robust and IMHO well designed for the possible stresses.

		The Flight Module itself can go in the area where the FC-877 is. An antenna on the outside is ok too - use a 18mm body tube and cut down nosecones on each end for the TX antenna and something larger to accommodate the GPS antenna.
