I don't defend what O'Reilly said about the military, but I don't see why it is "liberal" to disagree with what has happened and will continue to happen in Iraq.
I'm no fan of O'Reilly, but saying something like "95% of the troops are heroes" seems to be just another way of generalizing, something like saying "the vast majority of troops are heroes".

A hero and a villain would not pass up the oppitunity to attack one another, the villains inherantly are part of organisations designed to eliminate heroes and heroes are duty bound to combat villainy.
So, This is why i would assume there would be a buffer zone where heroes and villians have some sort of agreement to leave each other be.
Ok, my logic was thrown off by lack of sleep, but having hazzard zones connect the citys is still a valid idea to me. A kind of place that is a clear definition between the two sets of worlds but also connects them.
