Brand Echh - Don Markstein's Toonopedia
That comic, Not Brand Echh (originally titled without "Not" at the beginning) was launched with a cover date of August, 1967.
By the ninth issue (December, 1968), it appeared Not Brand Echh had become a sales sensation — that was the first in its new format, extra-thick but costing about twice as much as most comics.
Apparently, the concept of Not Brand Echh is seen by Marvel as a viable one, at least sporadically, even tho the title is long gone.

NOT BRAND ECHH. ISSUE #8. THE BEATLES COMICS
The title was taken from a long-standing schtick in the letter columns, of referring to the competition as "Brand Echh".
The comic book had a blurb at the top, reading, "Who Says a Comic Book Has to Be Good?" Underneath it was the logo "Not Brand Echh", with the word "not" smaller than the other two.
That was it for "Echh", but the next year, Marvel tried parody again, with Spoof (#1 OCTOBER 1970).

Not Brand Echh was a short-lived humor comic line from Marvel that parodied superhero comics.
"Brand Echh" was a riff on TV commercials that compared products to their competitor, "Brand X".
Also, several of the stories from "Not Brand Ecch" were reprinted several years later in "Crazy", which was Marvel's answer to Mad Magazine.

Life On The Outside: Not Brand Echh
It came out in 1967 and was a parody of all things Marvel, drawn by the same artists who broght you Fantastic Four, Superman, and the rest of the Marvel gang.
But here's Issue 7 of Not Brand Echh, which I think is great starting with the origins of the Fantastical Four and Stuporman.
According to the Grand Comics Database - the super talented Marie Severin did the cover, and on this story I think Jack Kirby did layouts and Marie did the pencils and Tom Sutton did the inking.

Not Brand Echh torrent - Fulldls.com
Not Brand Echh was a satiric comic-book series from Marvel Comics that parodied its own superhero stories as well as those of other comics publishers.
The name was a play on an advertising convention of the time, in which a competitor\'s product was not referred to by name but simply as \"Brand X\"; DC was sometimes playfully called \"Brand Echh\" in Marvel \"Bullpen Bulletins\" and letters pages, hence this comic was \"Not Brand Echh\".
The official title in its postal indicia was Brand Echh for its first four issues, and afterward Not Brand Echh, the cover title from the start.

ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive: Comics: Marie Severin In Not Brand Echh Number 2
She started as a colorist for EC Comics in the 1950s, where she established a reputation for creating sophisticated color schemes that raised the level of quality above the arbitrary primary and secondary colors that filled other comics at the time.
She transitioned to working as an artist on the Doctor Strange and Sub-Mariner lines, but really made her mark doing parodies in Not Brand Echh and Crazy.
One of those unanswerable questions that never seems to go away (at least at gatherings of comic book nerds) is "Who would win in a battle between Batman and Superman?" Fanboys have expended many hours debating the fine points of this and other match-ups with no clear answer.

 Marie Severin: Comics’ First Lady
One of my favorite comic books of all time was Not Brand Echh, a sensational superhero lampoon that Marvel published too few issues of (only 13, from August 1967 to May 1969).
But it was Marie’s EC background—her exposure to the old Mad books—that helped launched her sub-career as Marvel’s peerless satirist on Not Brand Ecch!
If you’re lucky, you might find Marie at a convention where her warmth and optimism will substantiate the oft-quoted epithet “the Nicest Person in Comics,” which I’m delighted to uphold.
