NoteTab is a tad slow to load (at about five seconds on my Cyrix 133), but this becomes unnoticable after a few uses.
NoteTab's status bar is incredibly helpful, replacing ToolTips for toolbar buttons and giving you information like how many characters are in a selection (it may seem trivial, but trust me, when you need it is a life-saver).

These files are for use with the excellent Notetab program (the fully functioning light version of which can be downloaded for free from www.notetab.com).
I'm don't understand Notetab's clip language at all but by carefully examining certain clips and with some cunning cut'n'pasting I was able to create a library that suited me. I found hard and slow and confusing at first.
But such is the beauty of Notetab that I was able to do it at all.
