Inspired by Anthony Caro's notion of Sculpitecture a hybrid form developed from the union of sculpture and architecture, the girls, all Year 11 students, explored the visual connections between the two disciplines in their entry Hybrid.
The final Hybrid works of art were hung at different heights around the School and staff, pupils and visitors were invited to comment on their responses to the work.

She studied for some years with Dame Isobel Baillie (another MHSG Old Girl) and at one point was torn between trying to make it in teaching or as a singer but her love of teaching meant education won.
Nottingham offered a great combination of work, social life and sport, and after completing her degree she accepted a job in telecoms with Ericsson, based in Brighton.
