Upon summoning a servant, Nusku becomes a shade (a nearly transparent apparition) which is immune to all attacks.
Casting spells expends "power." The summoned servant is able to draw "power" from his opponent to replenish his "power pool." Once the opponent is within melee range, the shade is able to "tap" the opponents "life force" to replenish the damage inflicted upon the servant by the opponent.

Though nothing abnormal, she can do such things as stand on her head, walk on balance boards and such without looking down and/or falling, and some trapeze work which is usually used in chasing her friends by swinging up onto a box wagon roof.
The fire shield won’t harm Nusku, but other Senshi who aren’t used to heat may become rather uncomfortable – the heat level is to a lesser extent than it would be for normal fire, but it still is hot – after about a minute.
The kind Nusku uses is the same save for the fact that her supply in her drawstring bag never seems to run low, unlike in her normal form.

The name Nergal (or Nirgal or Nirgali) refers to a deity in Babylonia with the main seat of his cult at Cuthah (or Kutha) represented by the mound of Tell-Ibrahim.
Standard iconography pictured Nergal as a lion, and boundary-stone monuments symbolise him with a mace surmounted by the head of a lion.
Nergal's fiery aspect appears in names or epithets such as Lugalgira, Sharrapu ("the burner," perhaps a mere epithet), Erra, Gibil (though this name more properly belongs to Nusku), and Sibitti.

For the very reason that his presence is common and universal he isn't localized to the same extent as his fellow-deities, and, while always enumerated in a list of the great gods, his place in the systematized pantheon is more or less vague.
The conceptions connected with Nusku are of distinctly popular origin, as is shown by his prominence in incantations, which represent the popular element in the cult, and it is significant that in the astro-theological system of the Babylonian priests Nusku-Girru isn't assigned to any particular place in the heavens.
