		I took what we (the students in my country, Singapore) call O' levels and A' levels, but the full title of the papers were Singapore-Cambridge GCSE O' Levels (and A' Levels).
		GCSEs are generally considered easier than 'O' Levels and many would say something along the lines of "an A in a GCSE subject is equivalent to a B in its 'O' Level counterpart".
		I don't know why the papers were entitled GCSE 'O' Levels, but it might have something to do with the fact that the two programs are interconnected.
