		OCCAR (Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en matière d'ARmement) is a European organisation for coordinating the procurement of purchases of weapon systems by European countries.
		OCCAR was established on the 12 November 1996 by the Defence Ministers of France, Germany, Italy and the UK.
		Other European nations may join OCCAR, subject to their actual involvement in a substantive collaborative equipment programme involving at least one OCCAR partner and acceptance of OCCAR's founding principles, rules regulations and procedures.

		OCCAR’s job in this instance is to manage the contractor to make sure that aircraft are delivered at the required time and cost.

	Army Technology - Boxer MRAV / GTK / PWV - Wheeled Multirole Armoured Vehicle
		An industrial group, ARTEC GmbH, consisting of Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) and Rheinmetall Landsysteme from Germany, and Stork of the Netherlands, is the prime contractor for the programme.
