well, Brown was flying in a British squadron, it was on dusk, he broke from the dogfight to see the Baron after a new pilot whos guns had jammed, The baron was so focussed on his prey that he did not notice his proximity to the ground or any nearby aircraft.
I just wanted to tell you, that all the german pilots are cast with young german actors, Brown is played by a british actor...so what I mean is that they all will have a slight german accent, what is in my opinion a cool thing and will give the movie a real feel to it.
Seeing this sort of thing in films may explain why you get Dumb & Dumber reality TV shows...I don't mind morons thinking their real accident will be just like a Hollywood one - I just never want to meet them driving in the opposite direction on a country road late at night.
