Odin is presumed to be the son of Bor (father, one of the first Asgardians) and Bestla (mother, a frost giantess).
Odin is the father of Thor with Jord (actually Gaea), and the adoptive father of Loki.

Odin had the matter settled by trial by combat in the volcanic World of Skartheim, "where even gods may perish." Bill won an evenly matched fight due to his distinct biological make up that caused the heat from the volcanic world to revive him.
Eventually, Odin was found, imprisoned by Seth, the Egyptian god of death and, with a few hiccups, remained the Lord of Asgard until his recent true death.
It is not associated with Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Image Comics, Darkhorse Comics and including all those that the author forgot to mention.

And comics are the perfect medium for doing this because the materials are inexpensive and you have full artistic control.
Comics are intimate, and they are perfect media for catching absurdities, transformations and changes of scene that occur in dreams; But on the other hand it's a little bit risky because everybody knows that it's boring to listen to somebody else's dreams if they are not told right.

That being the case, Rune Thor, who is significantly more powerful than Odin, certainly at least approaches Galactus' levels, and may well surpass them.
Further, his diminished form was portrayed as powerful enough to give Galactus pause when confronted with a fight, and didn't do as well against Thanos as Odin did IMO (and was unable to so casually KO guys of Surfer's level).
As such, IMO Tyrant is in Odin's typical ballpark, meaning that the Runepowered Thor, who is IMO clearly more powerful than Odin is...more powerful.
