Odwalla, Inc. Claimed that they had provided 6 months notice, but then failed to be able to provide any evidence of this.
When Odwalla started out they were a well-meaning company that would enter into a dialogue and look for solutions, for instance, how they handled the situation when people were poisoned by badly processed juices.
This social consciousness is Odwalla's past, and I would hope will be Odwalla's future, and not simply a hollow shell of a concept to be used as a marketing component.
