		official stance on this is those sites could be in violation of the licensing terms unless they have purchased the commercial license but its hard to tell since no one but FB knows who purchased the 'commercial license'
		Part of releasing a program under the GPL is writing a copyright notice in your own name (assuming you are the copyright holder).
		The only copyright at the bottom of professional websites are their own and all the rest is found by a link to "credits".

		There was a much better discussion involving PHP-Nuke's copyright on the debian-legal list about a year ago.
		Actualy i noticed that FB is not correctly handling the GPL 2 and since he chose to use the GNU/GPL 2 his additional copyrights may be discarded.
		And since every user modifies it by changing for example the "sitename" he is allowed to move the copyright to a propiate place.
