Each issue of OGEL has one or more special features on a special topic of interest.
Given OGEL's role as the principal "Global Energy Law/Regulation Portal", we are looking to re-publish quality and relevant studies published elsewhere - and would appreciate help in identifying such studies and, where possible, get the author (or other right-holders') consent.
The number of OGEL subscribers is increasing continuously; these consist of major international energy companies, governmental organisations, law firms (mainly those with a claim to special competence in international oil, gas and energy regulation), international agencies and academic and think-tank institutions in the field of energy policy.
Ogel inherit few traits from their parent races, they are significally shorter than other elves, and a lot shorter than any ogre, standing about 3'9'' in height.
Ogels have no society of their own, instead they tend to live among their parent races, more often than not, among the woodelves.
Ogel leaders are all but unheard of, but tend to be experts, or expert/druids.
Lego Projects: Ogel Transport Platform(Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-06)
I've always had a fondness for things with tentacles, and the appearance of the Ogel Mutant Squid set (4796) with its tentacle pieces have me a bunch of ideas.
The cargo deck is designed mainly to accomodate modular cargo platforms, and there are fasteners at both ends to attach them to.
I had planned several other such modules and a docking bay where they could be added and removed by another crane, but I decided to move on to other things instead.
The Adrenaline Vault Review of Alpha Team(Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-06)
The fiendish Ogel is attempting to use his destructive mind-control Evil Orbs, created by the D.O.O.M. (Device for Ominous Orb Manufacturing) Machine to take over the planet by turning innocent citizens into zombies.
Your motivation to continue playing is provided by the arch-villain, Evil Ogel: accompanied by his dastardly laugh he often reminds you with sardonic humor of the futility of your actions.
With his identity hidden by a mask, he commands guards, troopers, zombies, and lurchers (these are my favorites, since they rush to attack you if you get too near) in protecting his domain and executing his demented plans.
The Alpha Team was the replacement series for the Aqua Zone theme; it kept a lot of the same principals and designs but added characters, an ongoing comic and more elaborate ships to the line up.
The Ogel [thats Lego spelled backwards] Underwater Base and A.T. Sub set is one of the larger ones in the series but not the biggest.
With this set you get two divers that are in the Ogel uniforms [red and fl]; these are really nice and have a good bit of detail to them but with only two of them you really cant do all that much.
Your mission: rescue 5 members of the Alpha Team who have been captured and are being held in Evil Ogelâs compound while arranging LEGO contraptions to maneuver obstacles within the various compounds.
To prevent the fiendish Ogel from using his mind control devices to gain control of the world.
Plan, time and co-ordinate their moves to complete each perplexing challenge, dodging Ogel's wicked henchmen on the way.
