ogg123 ported to the Zaurus, using oggonachip's integerized decoder.
This is a straight port with some slight display modifications to ogg123.
You will want to grab the latest version from the thread.

I want to play stuff like ogg123, xmms etc via arts (because my sound card doesn't sound very good when used directly except for sound files at 48000 hz sample rates, a bug in the driver apparently, but it sounds fine if I use arts to upsample it).
More exactly, xmms coredumps whenever it reaches the end of a track, and ogg123 coredumps either when it reaches the end of the full playlist, or when it's interrupted with ^C. I tried running gdb on ogg123.
(ogg123, libao and arts are compiled with debugging symbols on, I'm pretty sure the problem is in the interaction of libao, or the xmms equivalent, with arts).

By default, ogg123 writes to the stan- dard sound device, but output can be sent to any number of devices.
You can abort ogg123 at any time by pressing Ctrl-C. If you are play- ing multiple files, this will stop the current file and begin playing the next one.

 T3i / Media » Ogg123 Add-Ons
Ogg123 is a player for ogg files, like mpg123 is for mp3 files.
The generic remote interface allows frontends to easily control ogg123 by commands through stdin/stdout.
The interface is the same as the remote interface of mpg123 (written by Andreas Neuhaus and Michael Hipp).

Aspire to Crudeness: Special Ogg Vorbis Issue | Linux Journal
The closest player to being cool is the command-line player ogg123, but I don't want to start an xterm for it.
If only there were some way of running it in the background and sending signals to it to tell it what to do.
That way we have what looks like a separate program called bg-ogg, so we can "killall" it as much as we want without messing up any other ogg123 processes we might want to run in the foreground.

DSL was a snap to get running and XMMS is cool -- but I need a console ogg streamer and can't get ogg123 working.
XMMS runs ogg streams just fine but I need a command line ogg streamer like ogg123.

 Yeemp Encrypted Messaging Program
While this by itself cannot be exlpoited to execute arbitrary code, Yeemp accepts and attempts to display several media files with standardized filenames by default; in conjunction with security holes in external libraries or utilities, this could lead to the execution of arbitrary code.
Yeemp uses several external utilities, including netpbm and ogg123, to handle certain media files.
In addition, if you have Yeemp set to use subterfugue shoggoth sandboxes, 0.9.10 will use them around netpbm and ogg123 calls, which should significantly mitigate the impact of any unpatched or as-yet-undiscovered vulnerabilities in ogg123 and netpbm.

Convert oggs to mp3s, converting ogginfo tags to id3 tags.
Requires: ogg123, ogginfo, id3tool and an mp3 encoder, perl and nothing else.
I've had a bug report that this might be limited to 48 minutes, I'd love more info on this.
