The great thing about Oh Yeah Cartoons (as was with What-A-Cartoon) is that you don't have to be some fancy-shmancy artist or animator, anyone off the street can make a cartoon with them- if it's good enough.
It's a series of cartoons that is hosted by Nickelodeon and made by Frederator Films.
A post from a new friend Gabe, (Check out his website) reminded me about a great opportunity for those who are interested in making their own cartoons.
