Old City residents will now be required to put their trash out between 10 pm Thursday evening and 6 am Friday morning.
Old City Civic Association is very concerned that the new schedule could create a major safety problem, a health issue as well as a substantial inconvenience to Old City residents.
Old City Civic Association began the process for historic designation more than four years ago, and it is in line with our mission to "help preserve the areas unique historic character".
