SLATINA - Crimes committed by ethnic Roma are within the normal limits as regards the share of the ethnics in Olt county, said a survey presented Wednesday, July 12, in a symposium on "Ethnic Roma accession, one of the priorities in Olt county".
The mentioned survey made by the Olt Police Inspectorate, 380 or 12% of all the crimes reported in the county this year were committed by ethnic Roma citizens.
Quaestor Ion Stoica, head of IPJ Olt, quoted by Rompres news agency, said these figures are not worrying as compared to previous years or the number of ethnic Roma people in Olt, but are within normal limits.
