		There is only one Olthoi Eviscerator in the final room of the North Fork and the entry point of the Royal Hive is vacant so both are reasonable locations to buff. Once you enter the Royal Hive, Level VI or VII buffs will be sufficient to complete the quest in one cycle.
		Jump into the pit beneath and clear the olthoi. In this area, you will encounter Eviscerators and Legionaries. Once the room is clear, head South into a large chamber. Once in the room, turn right (West) and head into the hallway to the First lever door.
		In the pit you may see the Olthoi Queen and her guards. Before jumping in the pit, imperil and vuln the creatures below. Once most, or all, are imperiled, jump in and begin clearing the spawn.

		The West Olthoi Hive (left one on the map) doesnt really have any purpose, it has a noble olthoi grub fairly easy to reach so nice for bughunt.
		Some of the Olthoi Hives on Marae Lassel in AC1 had some built structures inside, leading to the usual weird Olthoi tunnels.
		As far as immediate functionality goes, I'd say it is also allows the quickest transit to reach the olthoi grub tender nymph (assuming you know how to take the shortcut through the hive to reach the back door into the warren).
