Charter Flight on Omni Air International - DC 10 service.
The food was inedible on the way over (out of JFK), and the attendants did not shut off the cabin lights for hours (we left at 9PM).
I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer since this was a low wattage and had an odd shape where the air blows.
