		With the name "Onegai Teacher", the first thing that comes to mind is a hentai series with a naively seductive teacher and her beloved top student, credit" in the equipment shed after classes.
		Onegai Teacher starts off as your typical shounen romance anime, but as it delves deeper into its characters, it starts to steer in a slightly different direction then most romantic series.
		For the most part Onegai Teacher is a study in the interactions between a couple, and the emotions involved, some of which hit home fairly hard.

		The deeply imbedded conflict in Onegai Teacher, however, is not the fact that Kei's love interest is an alien from outer space, but that Kei is actually afflicted with a disease that could do more damage to their relationship than the forbidden nature of their love.
		Onegai Teacher is highly recommended for romance fanatics who are looking for a different flavor.

		As much as I enjoyed Onegai Teacher, Onegai Twins had the more interesting male lead, more realistic characters, and didn't have to fall back on sci-fi clichés to move the story along.
		Anyway, animation seemed a little weak (particularly character designs), but at least the story is now moving along in a fashion not all that dissimilar from Onegai Teacher.
		And, as I've seen pointed out elsewhere: whereas Onegai Teacher was about being unable to move, Onegai Twins continues to be about being unable to stop.
